Refund & Cancellation Policy
How to request a refund and cancel your Agent Cat Pro subscription, by billing lane. Web · DMG payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy; Mac App Store payments by Apple.
1. Identify Your Billing Lane
Refund and cancellation steps depend on the lane through which you started your subscription. First confirm how you paid.
- Web · DMG lane — you subscribed on the agentcat.app website or via a direct (DMG) distribution. Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record.
- Mac App Store lane — you subscribed through the Mac App Store. Payment is handled via Apple In-App Purchase.
2. Web · DMG Lane (Lemon Squeezy, Merchant of Record)
2.1 How to Request a Refund
- Email meow@agentcat.app with the email address used for payment and your order number (shown on the Lemon Squeezy receipt) to request a refund.
- As Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy processes the refund; refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Approved refunds may take several business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
2.2 How to Cancel Auto-Renewal
- Manage and cancel your subscription through the Customer Portal link included in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email.
- You can review your subscription status on the account page.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge; you keep Pro features for the remainder of the paid period.
2.3 Korea: Right of Withdrawal (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
Under the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, a digital-content subscription may, in principle, be withdrawn within 7 days of payment or of the date it became available. However, withdrawal may be restricted in the following cases.
- Where the value of the digital content has been significantly diminished by your use or partial consumption
- For divisible content whose provision began with your prior consent, the portion already provided
Where withdrawal is restricted, the Company clearly states at checkout that withdrawal is limited.
2.4 EU: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
EU/EEA consumers have the right to withdraw from a digital-content subscription within 14 days of contract conclusion, without reason. However, the right of withdrawal is lost when all of the following apply.
- You expressly consented to the start of provision (immediate performance) before the end of the 14-day period
- You acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal
If you did not consent to immediate performance and waiver at checkout, the 14-day right of withdrawal remains.
3. Mac App Store Lane (Apple)
3.1 How to Request a Refund
- Refunds for Mac App Store payments are handled directly by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com by selecting the relevant purchase.
- Whether a refund is approved is decided by Apple under its policies.
- The Company cannot issue refunds directly for Apple payments.
3.2 How to Cancel Auto-Renewal
- Cancel auto-renewal in Mac App Store → Account → Subscriptions, or in System Settings → your Apple Account → Media & Purchases → Subscriptions.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge.
