Delete your Agent Cat account and data

1. Delete your account in the app

1. Sign in to the Agent Cat mobile app.
2. Open the Account tab at the bottom.
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom of the screen.
4. Review the warning and tap Delete account again to confirm.

After the request succeeds, you are signed out immediately and the data below is deleted or anonymized. This cannot be undone.

2. If you cannot access the app

Email meow@agentcat.app from the address used for your account with the subject “Agent Cat account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify ownership to protect the account and will email you when processing is complete.

3. Data deleted or anonymized

• Email, name, profile-image URL, and Google or Apple sign-in identifiers
• Login sessions, connected-device records, and push-notification tokens
• Account-linked usage summaries, project summaries and labels, PIN unlocks, and product events
• Teams you own and team memberships
• Personally identifiable fields in login audit records, including IP address, user agent, and country

A random account UUID may remain only as a non-identifying tombstone to preserve relational data integrity. It contains no email, name, or other account details.

4. Data retained and retention periods

• Legally required transaction records: if you made a purchase or subscription, essential transaction facts are retained only until the applicable tax and e-commerce retention obligations expire. Payment-provider payloads and identifying contact details are removed.
• Email deletion-request records: retained for 1 year after the request is resolved, then destroyed.
• Non-identifying daily aggregates: aggregate values that are not linked to an account may be retained indefinitely and cannot be used to restore or identify the deleted account.

Records retained by law are not used for other purposes and are destroyed when the obligation ends. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

5. Anonymous usage statistics

Optional anonymous statistics are not linked to your sign-in account, so account deletion cannot locate them. Turning off sharing in Agent Cat desktop Settings → Data immediately deletes data for that anonymous ID. If you cannot access the app, email the anonymous ID to meow@agentcat.app to request separate deletion.
